Join Chereal Designs for a class that's great for an introduction to wire weaving on Thursday Feb 20 from 9-12. Using various thicknesses of wire, create a Celtic knot.  This serves as the centerpiece of a wire woven bracelet.  A great project to learn how to use jewelry making tools.

Create handmade jewelry with polymer clay in the Big Picture Gallery Studio on Sunday Feb 9th from 4-6!  Each student will make their own cane and speckled polymer clay mixes in color before creating shapes and attaching to wearable jewelry. Students can create earrings or pendants to celebrate love this Valentine's day, all materials and instruction included in DIY kits.

Knowing how to knot beads is a helpful skill to knot precious beads to make rosaries or malas and a timeless technique to protect pearls. Learn how to knot in-between beads with Chereal Designs at Big Picture Gallery and Studio on Sunday, November 17th from 2-4pm. Every kit comes with the materials needed to complete a bracelet with beads that you choose on the day of class, including gemstone, pearls and glass.

Create a Sunburst pendant with natural gemstone beads and copper wire at Big Picture Gallery & Studio! Participants will have two gemstone beads to choose from to create their own pendant. This design uses copper wire and string art technique to create a pentagram inside a gemstone crown. Perfect for beginners, bring eye wear for close up work if needed.

In this class students will hammer, spiral and learn two complimentary weaves.  This will be a great way to increase your wire working skills.  The project includes natural gemstone beads and copper wire.

Learn to incorporate focal beads into a double 5-strand braid.  Techniques for keeping the work tight and under control will be emphasized.  Binding the ends for insertion into glue on magnetic clasps will finish the bracelet.

In this improved version of this design, add freshwater pearls to copper wire.  Wrap your wire around a sturdy armature that is designed and made by you.  Learn to create a hook-n-eye clasp that comes organically from the piece.

This class is a fan-favorite and useful to make beautiful braided works to incorporate or be the main focus of a piece. On Sunday, May 7th from 12-4pm, learn this 5-loop braid using copper wire to create a 2 strand cuff.  Participants will be using their fingers and minimal materials to make this substantial piece.
